These website terms explain the boundary between general public information and a specific engineering engagement with Moduvela.
Operating identity
Moduvela is the public operating brand of a founder-led independent engineering practice. The contracting party is identified in each proposal or agreement.
Website information
Website content is general information and does not by itself create a contract, warranty, quotation or commitment to deliver a particular result. Availability, schedule and commercial terms are confirmed in writing for each project.
Project scope and payment
Each engagement requires an accepted proposal or agreement defining phases, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees, payment milestones and responsibilities. Third-party components, fabrication, certification, shipping and taxes are included only when expressly stated.
Intellectual property and source materials
Editable design source, firmware source, production data, exclusive rights and ownership transfers are included only when expressly identified. Pre-existing Moduvela methods, modules, libraries, tools and platform technology remain background technology unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Confidentiality and compliance
Confidential information should be marked and handled under the applicable agreement. Certification support and preparation materials do not constitute certification; final approval remains with the relevant laboratory, authority or responsible product owner.
